At Eagle Stress & Burnout to Healthy, we believe in the power of pre-meditation and meditation practices. We use 7 different disciplines to turn your stress, overwhelm or burnout to sustainable health, in live online group classes and workshops.

In these short live online classes, you will learn pre-meditation practices that will reverse stress, overwhelm and burnout and prepare you for meditation. Techniques are known to promote mental, physical and emotional health and make you resistant to stress.
Whether your challenge is food, avoidance of exercise or relationships, this workshop will give you the foundation of Ho'onoponopono to change behavior. Ho'onoponopono is known to change the spiritual causes of behaviors.
This is a 5-hour online live workshop, maximum 10 people per class. You will learn the techniques, you must continue to practice.
